At Organnact (www.organnact.com), we are committed to ensuring a transparent and respectful experience for all our customers. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please follow the guidelines below.
How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to faq@organnact.com. Please include the following information in your message:

The reason for cancellation
Orders Not Yet Delivered
If your order has not yet been delivered, we will suspend shipment upon receiving your cancellation request. If the package is delivered before the cancellation is processed, we ask that you refuse delivery at the time of receipt.
Orders Already Delivered
If your order has already been delivered and the product has been used, please inform us of the reason for dissatisfaction and return. We value your feedback and would like to understand why the product did not meet your expectations.
Upon receiving your request, we will issue a return shipping label. The item must be dropped off at the nearest FedEx or UPS location, and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are processed through our payment intermediary and follow their standard timelines. The refund will be issued in full, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
