Refund policy
At Organnact (www.organnact.com), your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted both for defective/damaged products and for customer dissatisfaction.
- Products must be in their original and complete packaging.
- Supplements must be unopened and in the same condition as received.
- The customer must provide the reason for the return or exchange (e.g., defective, wrong item, or dissatisfaction).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@organnact.com with your order details.
- Once approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.
- You may drop off the package at the nearest UPS or FedEx collection point.
- There is no cost to you for returns or exchanges.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are always issued through the original payment method used at checkout.
- We do not issue refunds outside of our payment platform.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a quick resolution at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or partially used supplements.
- Perishable goods or products past their expiration date.
- Items purchased on final sale or with gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to request a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
