To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging. Additionally, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us using a reliable courier service as directed by our representative.

Requests for refunds must be made by emailing faq@organnact.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return in the email.

Please note that refunds are processed through our payment intermediary, Stripe, and the processing times are entirely dependent on them. Additionally, we do not refund shipping charges.
