1.Product Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or a refund.

2.Order Placement

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or fraudulent activities.

3.Payment

We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are securely processed using encryption technologies to ensure your data is protected.

4.Shipping and Delivery

Our headquarters are located in Medley, Florida. Orders will be processed within 1 business day. If the purchase is made after noon, the order will be processed on the next business day.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout and will depend on the specific delivery conditions of each region.

The delivery time for free shipping depends on the customer’s location and can vary from 3 to 10 business days, depending solely on the delivery location.

Shipments are made via FedEx, and the tracking code will be provided as soon as the order is processed.

5.Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided it is unopened and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.Product Use and Responsibility

Our products are intended for use as described on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are suitable for your horse’s needs. Organnact is not responsible for any misuse of the products or unintended reactions in animals.

7.Limitation of Liability
